 August 05, 2005 | A Fish Called Sara After our first Beta Fish committed suicide about eight months ago, we've been meaning to go out and buy a new one for Rachel. So we went to Pet Smart and picked this one out today, along with a bigger tank with, most importantly, a top. (the first one jumped out of the bowl and died...he had issues.) Rachel decided to name the fish Sara for some reason, so that's her name I guess. We're supposed to go back tomorrow and get a few friends, Dorothy and Ariel according to Rachel. Betas can live with other small plain looking fish without murdering them apparently...at least that's what the guy at the store said. And for Dorothy and Ariel’s sake, lets hope he’s right. |
